I was invited to the Taste of British Columbia organised by the Government of British Columbia in association with High Commission of Canada at the Aveqia Centre, London EC4.  Taste of Canada showcased seafood, fresh produce, high end niche packaged goods and wines. This was a private event with around 125 professionals in the UK food and wine industry attending. Royal Windsor Rose and Horticultural Society

Great fun at the launch party of  the Royal Windsor Rose and Horticultural Society’s 2017 Summer Show.  This year’s Summer Show is on 15th July on the grounds of Windsor Castle. Among the celebrities attending  the launch party were Marke Tilling, the winner of Creme de la Creme Bake off 2016 and Master Chocolatier as well as Bill Buckley, presenter BBC radio Berkshire. Plenty of local artisan producers displayed their produce including chutneys from Mridula’s Kitchen.

I’m excited about filming in Borough Market

I will be creating a mini series highlighting the health benefits of a variety of spices and will be creating healthy recipes using those spices. Spiced Chutneys from Mridula’s Kitchen

Spiced chutneys from Mridula’s Kitchen will soon be available in deli stores, garden centres and selected food halls in London.  Two very successful soft launches in December 2016 with rave reviews were most encouraging.  The picture shows only 3 flavours, but there will be 5 available in  due course.  Exotic marinades, spicy soups, dry spice rubs will be added soon.
