Visited the JustVShow in Olympia yesterday and there were an amazing number of people who came from far and wide.
Just shows how much interest there is in eating vegetarian and vegan food and it is no surprise since this also eliminates the problem of severe reactions from food allergy.
I was pleasantly surprised at the great variety of food now available to those who have a need to eat vegetarian or vegan food. Several gluten-free beers were also exhibited and I must say, some of them will be very good match with Indian food.
Teff flour from Ethiopia, a super healthy grain, would replace wheat allergy and provide much more nutrients. Gluten-free whey protein drinks for physically active people would be perfect. My favouorite grain ‘quinoa’ featured prominently with very tasty samples to savour!
