First BCA Cookery School lesson gets underway

The first Indian cookery lesson got off the ground on 4th June at Mridula’s Indian Cookery School.

A student is getting a hands-on experience in making indian cuisine including seekh kebab and garam masala at the brand new kitchen in Berkshire College of Agriculture.
