SPICE ROUTE POP-UP INDIAN DINER WITH
You are invited to a unique dining experience with Mridula, former owner of award-winning restaurant Spice Route, Windsor. Mridula is a TV & radio presenter, culinary consultant and the author of 27 best-selling Indian cookbooks. Since her time at Spice Route, Mridula has cooked for Tony and Cherie Blair, Lord Bath, Jerry Hall and Mick Jagger. She was most recently seen on Channel 4’s ‘Food Unwrapped’, debunking the myth that Indian food swims in oil and ghee. Now, you too can have the opportunity to taste Mridula’s food which has been described by BBC Good Food and Olive Magazines as ‘Heaven on Earth for the senses’ and ‘the Jewel of India’.
Mingling with your fellow diners, savour Mridula’s delectable canapes over a drink from the bar. Enjoy a stunning starter at your table followed by chicken in roasted poppy seed sauce, Kashmiri lamb curry, tarka daal, chickpeas in chilli-infused coconut milk and potato and pomegranate salad. Accompany these delectable dishes with a paratha and rose & saffron-scented basmati rice. A creamy orange dessert will be a refreshing end to this gourmet experience with Mridula.
