Had a lot of fun over the past two days cooking for my ebook photo shoot. Spice of Life will go online in July and I cannot wait! The book focuses on the health benefits of Indian spices complete with buying and storing guides and origins of each spice. The book is totally vegetarian and is packed full of unusual recipes. Paneer (Indian cheese) with sweet peppers (pictured above) is a great example of fabulously flavoured dishes in the book.
