A recent visit to one of the top Indian restaurants in the UK was Cinnamon Bazaar in Covent Garden, right in the heart of London’s theatre land. Every dish I had was a joy; picture postcard presentation, taste, texture and aroma not to mention the unusual ingredients used are totally mind-blowing. I had this watermelon chaat (pictured above) which was super healthy with pomegranate seeds and amaranth with the deeply delicious taste of date chutney and rich, crunchy roasted cashews . Crab bonda , an innovative version of potato bonda, ox cheek vindaloo, pepper fry and more unusual, exquisite dishes are on the menu. Service is a integral part of any successful restaurant and at Cinnamon Bazaar they obviously take it very seriously. Both food and service made my visit a memorable experience and I am extremely happy to recommend this restaurant to all Indian food lovers who are looking for something tasty, healthy and unusual.
