A foodie trip to Basel, Switzerland

I had the most enjoyable foodie trip to Switzerland recently where I cooked for 62 guests at a private gathering.  The restaurant Johann by Jay is the brain child of chef patron Jay Kumar and he invited his best clients to come and savour the food produced by our joint efforts.  It was a fun event and everyone enjoyed my innovative menu.  Jay and his team were extremely helpful which made the event a great success.  It was such a joy to cook with organic Swiss ingredients.
