The 2017 GFW awards ceremony is one of the best I have attended in recent years.  Wonderful  venue (The Oval), free flowing cocktails, wines and soft drinks,  and very generous and varied number of canapes. A Wonderful evening was spent mingling with the members of the RWRHS at the annual drinks party in the home of Governor of Windsor Castle who is the President of the Society.  This year we are celebrating 70th Anniversary of our patron, Her Majesty, the Queen. Spice of Life; my new ebook

    Had a lot of fun over the past two days cooking for my ebook photo shoot.  Spice of Life will go online in July and I cannot wait!  The book focuses on the health benefits of Indian spices complete with buying and storing guides and origins of each spice.  The book is totally vegetarian and is packed full of unusual recipes. Pub in the Park by Tom Kerridge

Fun time in Marlow at Michelin star chef Tom Kerridge’s Pub in the Park event in May 2017.  Bubbly, barbecue, food and wine tasting, cookery demonstrations and music.  The sun shone, music played everyone got into the party mood with their favourite tipple in hand and danced the evening away!  The highlight of my evening was being able to chat to my food hero Raymond Blanc.  He was so very charming.
