Enjoyed a workshop last night organised by the Guild of Food Writers in Westminster Kingsway College, London. It was presented by Jenny Chandler, a fellow member of the Guild and author of the book Pulses. The workshop was all about pulses and British pulses in particular. I was invited by the Czech Tourism Board to attend a presentation last night at the beautiful residence of the Ambassador of the Czeck Republic to London. I was so inspired by Czech cusine, culture, natural beauty and above all the excellent medical care that they provide. What a wonderful experience it was.
It was a privilege to be invited to the home of the Governor of Windor Castle for a Champagne and canapes party on 27th May. Always great to see all the members of Royal Windsor Rose and Horticultural Society of which Her Majesty the Queen is the Patron. Thank you Sir James and Lady Nicola for so graciously hosting us all.
